Exeger and Hama Bring Self-Charging, Solar-Powered Accessories to IFA Berlin
Exeger, the Swedish company manufacturing Powerfoyle solar cell technology, and German consumer electronics specialist Hama are showcasing their first jointly developed solar-powered accessories. The focus for this collaboration starts with remote controls, those dumb objects that are responsible for a large waste of disposable batteries and typically are used for just a few moments of brief interactions a day. The products showcased live at IFA Berlin 2025, Hall 4.2, Booth 145, are also already available in stores across Europe.
 
 sensiBel Appoints Kieran Harney as New CEO
sensiBel announced that Kieran Harney has been appointed as CEO, succeeding Sverre Dale Moen, who has led sensiBel since 2018. Kieran Harney was responsible for business development in the Americas for sensiBel and over the past months took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer. He has been in the MEMS industry for 30 years and previously served as Managing Director of Audio Products at TDK Invensense. Earlier in his career, he started a successful MEMS microphone business at Analog Devices in 2005, that was later sold to InvenSense in 2013.

Audinate announced expanded support for current SMPTE ST 2110-30 and AES67 standards and added 96kHz sample rate support. The latest updates further strengthen Dante's integration, building on a foundation of interoperability and high-performance audio transport, with new tools to meet the demands of modern production workflows. ST 2110 and AES67 can now be configured directly in Dante Controller, and other enhancements support broader ST 2110 compatibility for broadcast networks.
