Kardome Powers SK Magic NAMUHX Air Purifier Robot
SK Networks, together with its appliance affiliate SK Magic, has partnered with Kardome to launch NAMUHX, an intelligent air purifier robot featuring advanced voice interaction. Launching in South Korea this month, with expansion to the US planned for December 2025, NAMUHX is designed as a “wellness robot” that adapts to users’ needs in real time. The product name, NAMUH —HUMAN spelled backward — underscores SK’s human-centric approach to smart technology.
 
 xMEMS Partners with Rayking to Accelerate Adoption of Cypress MEMS Speaker in Wireless Earbuds
xMEMS Labs announced a strategic partnership with Dongguan Rayking Electronics to co-develop a turnkey Cypress + Alta-S speaker module for next-generation TWS earbuds. The collaboration follows xMEMS announcement that Cypress and its companion Alta-S ASIC are now ready for mass production. A manufacturer of electret condenser microphones (ECM) and MEMS microphones, Rayking is highly recognized in consumer electronics, from notebooks and mobile phones to Bluetooth devices and car electronics.

Hollyland unveiled its next-generation wireless intercom system, delivering unprecedented scale and flexibility for broadcast and professional production operations. The Solidcom H1 system sets new benchmarks for large-venue wireless communications with beltpacks that use AntennaWare's BodyWave antenna technology, enabling greater and more robust roaming capability, at around 50% of the cost of comparable competitor products.
 
 RTW Introduces Speech Intelligibility Meter and Other Audio Metering and Monitoring Solutions
German audio metering pioneer RTW announced a new Speech Intelligibility Meter, developed in cooperation with Fraunhofer IDMT. At IBC 2025, the company showcased further advanced metering solutions for immersive audio and AI-powered analysis based on is new TMxCore audio metering platform. RTW also announced a new Network Display feature for its TouchMonitor 5 and TouchControl 5 platforms, allowing users to display metering or monitoring in a standard web browser, completely independent of the device’s on-screen content.
 
 Shure Debuts DCA901 Planar Array Microphone Tailored for Far-Field Capture in Broadcast Production
Shure unveiled its DCA901 Planar Array Microphone at IBC 2025 in Amsterdam. The new MEMS-based array solution advances the field of far-field audio capture in broadcast sports, studio, and live event production, basically replacing 8 traditional shotgun microphones in any configurable and variable area, from a single Dante- and PoE-connected device. The Shure DCA901 features digitally steerable lobes and onboard digital signal processing, allowing operators to remotely isolate and track sound sources, while reducing ambient noise in the mix.

 Neumann Expands KH Studio Monitor Line with Five New Subwoofers

 xMEMS Announces Mass Production of Cypress Full-Range PiezoMEMS Ultrasonic Transducer
xMEMS Labs announced that its Cypress full-range MEMS “sound-from-ultrasound” microspeaker, together with the Alta-S companion drive ASIC, is now ready for mass production. This represents the industry’s first commercially viable full-range solid-state audio solution capable of meeting the demanding Sound Pressure Level (SPL) requirements for noise-cancelling true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds.
