British brand Bowers & Wilkins - which is now officially part of Harman International - launched an update to its flagship active noise-cancelling wireless headphones – the Px8 S2. Described simply as "the best headphone Bowers & Wilkins has ever made," the new Px8 S2 improves the active noise cancellation with an eight-microphone array and faster recharging. For now offering aptX Adaptive 24/96 and aptX Lossless support, the Px8 S2 headphones are Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast ready.

AES Board of Governors Elects Agnieszka Roginska as Director
The Audio Engineering Society’s Board of Governors (BoG) has elected Agnieszka Roginska to assume the role of AES Director beginning January 1, 2026. An AES Past President, Roginska will reprise her 2023/2024 role, and will now replace outgoing Director Bill Schulenburg as one of two BoG-elected Directors on the AES Board of Directors (BoD). She will serve on the Board of Directors through 2027.
