Cedar Audio and Merging Technologies Agreement on Retouch Technology
Cedar Audio and Merging Technologies have agreed on a patent license and now announced the development of a new, 64-bit CEDAR for Pyramix. Cedar Audio’s Retouch introduced the concept of spectral editing in February 2002. Since then, many software companies have licensed the CEDAR's technology and, in 2014, after a dispute with a US company, “the Retouch patent”, was validated.
TI Releases Six New High-Performance, Low-Power Audio ADCs
Texas Instruments released a family of six new audio ADCs, combining professional performance with portable integration. The PCM1865 family includes devices with a dynamic range as high as 110 dB.
