New Studiomaster digiLiVE Hybrid Touch-Screen/Tablet Mixer
Carlsbro Holdings, the owner of the revived Studiomaster brand announced it will be launching digiLiVE, a new ultra-compact hybrid digital audio mixer marrying the advantages of hardware with a touch-screen control surface and remote tablet operation. The new mixer will be introduced at the Musikmesse and Prolight+Sound shows in Frankfurt together with several new products.

New Automatic RX Loudness Control Plug-in from iZotope
iZotope just announced that it will be unveil the new RX Loudness Control plug-in during the NAB 2015 show. This new automatic loudness correction tool will help audio post production and broadcast professionals automatically and reliably create high-quality, industry-compliant mixes. The new plug-in is expected to be available in May 2015.
Pioneer Announces New Home Theater Receivers featuring Dolby Atmos, Wi-fi, Bluetooth and HRA support.
Pioneer Home Entertainment USA announced two new Pioneer Elite home theater receivers that will meet the needs of custom installers, and two new consumer home theater receivers. All models feature HDCP 2.2 compliance, HDMI 2.0, built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, DSD file playback and more. The 7.2 models are able to decode and play back Dolby Atmos content.
Ethernet Alliance Unveils 2015 Ethernet Roadmap With Diverse Range of Speeds and New Applications
The Ethernet Alliance released its 2015 Ethernet Roadmap, the first-ever publicly available industry document outlining the ongoing development and evolution of Ethernet through the end of the decade. Four new speeds – 2.5 Gigabit per second (Gb/s); 5 Gb/s; 25 Gb/s; and 400 Gb/s Ethernet – are currently in development by the IEEE, while the industry is also considering 50Gb/s and 200 Gb/s Ethernet.
