Sonus faber launched its new Concertino G4 speaker during the Tokyo Audio Show 2024. The fourth edition of the brand’s iconic Concertino speaker expands on the its heritage of high-quality sound and Italian craftsmanship, with the innovation of a unique single structure cabinet made with recycled cork. The design maintains the iconic trapezoidal Concertino shape, with an exterior enhanced by trademark Sonus faber materials, such as leather, aluminum, brass, and walnut wood side panels.

TEAC Releases Updated CG-10M-X Master Clock Generator
TEAC Corporation of Japan announced the release of the CG-10M-X, a Reference Series Master Clock Generator intended primarily to expand its Reference 500 Series components. A 10MHz master clock generator with a TEAC Reference OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator), the CG-10M-X is equipped with a thermostatic chamber to ensure high oscillation stability, output buffer amplifier circuit, and improved power supply circuit among other refinements.

The patented 2-way module architecture improves spatial audio accuracy and reduces weight, among other benefits versus conventional single-driver architectures. Pre-production prototypes are ready now, and the production-ready solution will be available in September 2024.
