Dirac Research, the digitally optimized sound solutions specialist firm, confirmed a significant expansion of its commitment to the Chinese marketplace with the announcement that it has acquired the assets of its Chinese distribution partner, Allied Acoustiks, and has established Dirac China as a new legal entity in the country. With this expansion, Dirac now is present in China with three technology centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
