With full native support for Ravenna/AES67/ST-2110 networks, plug-and-play integration and easy connection to leading IP consoles and infrastructures, TouchControl 5 offers studios and TV stations working with immersive audio formats the ability to measure and monitor up to 32 audio channels from stereo and surround to immersive (e.g. 7.1.4, 9.1.6, 22.2) in real time using proven RTW tools, regardless of the AoIP standard used.
Now available in two versions - with Dante or Ravenna interface - the TouchControl 5 is based on the tried-and-tested RTW measurement engine, which is in use worldwide, with loudness measurement in accordance with ITU, EBU, ATSC and Netflix guidelines, scalable PPM, TruePeak, VU, loudness range and dialog-gated measurements, integrated SPL measurement and logging, and more.
In addition, TouchControl 5 is characterized by the powerful monitor controller and offers four selectable sources and destinations, speaker calibration functions such as delay, gain, phase and 8-band EQ, bass management with phase-locked filter and integrated talkback and intercom.
According to the manufacturer, dynamic, freely configurable instrument layouts for every monitoring situation, seamless switching between presets, formats and views and web-based configuration make the devices extremely flexible. Power over Ethernet (PoE – IEEE 802.3af) operation is supported, and a headphone output, downmix monitoring and SPL reference complete the range of functions.
