Audfly Introduces New Miniature High-Performance Directional Sound Modules

In recent weeks, Audfly Technology unveiled several new miniature directional sound modules, expanding its portfolio with the new reduced physical footprint Alpha22 and Alpha43. These new advanced ultrasonic beamforming solutions are designed for seamless integration into consumer electronics, digital point-of-sale, or self-ordering kiosk equipment, allowing transmission of sound messages and eventually communication exclusively with the user.

Knowles Precision Devices, a segment of Knowles Corporation announced that its latest EDLC (Electric Double Layer Capacitor) supercapacitor modules are now available. Based on Knowles' Cornell Dubilier brand DGH and DSF Series supercapacitors, these new cutting-edge capacitors use a three-cell package for higher operating voltages (at up to 9 WVDC) and allow for printed circuit board space savings.

Renkus-Heinz announced the latest product in its new Iconyx Compact Series: the Iconyx Compact 24/3-RN – a solution bringing the benefits of Renkus-Heinz’ Iconyx directivity controlled family to a smaller footprint array. The ICC 24/3 joins the recently announced ICC 12/3 in the new Iconyx Compact Series, a line that offers beam-steering and additional solutions for integrators seeking flexible and powerful options in “medium-sized” installations.
