Optocore Presents New Compact SFX7 Network Interface Controller

Optocore has announced the release of a complete network solution suitable for all manufacturers and professional integration clients. Formally launched at Prolight+Sound 2017 in Frankfurt, the new compact SFX7 module was designed by Optocore to be built into third party product boards - including networked speakers - and will offer maximum flexibility, interoperability and integration — all on fibre, and fully IP-based.

Yamaha Professional focus at ProLight+Sound 2017 is on significant updates to several products, as well as highlighting the benefits of its most recently-launched loudspeakers. Most importantly, its flagship RIVAGE PM10 digital mixing system was now expanded with the launch of the new CS-R10-S control surface, with approximately two-thirds the size of the existing CS-R10 for use in environments with limited space, such as theatre FoH mix positions or monitoring side stage.
