d&b Group Announces Leadership Transition

The d&b group, the professional audio technology company that combines d&b audiotechnik, the manufacturing side of the firm, and d&b solutions, the service-focused business entity, announced a reorganization of its leadership. Effective January 1, 2026, Amnon Harman will step down as Chief Executive Officer after more than 11 years, handing over the role to Jaakko Kaivonen, the current Chief Revenue Officer. The move is described as a "carefully prepared transition."

Preparing for the opportunity ahead, Sonos introduced new members of its executive management team. Veteran Sonos executive Maxime Bouvat-Merlin was named Chief Product Officer, leading the global product and operations organizations, as Deirdre Findlay joins as its new Chief Commercial Officer with responsibilities spanning all go-to-market and customer experience functions. Dunja LaRosa ​also ​joins as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for overseeing Sonos’ key sales channels.

In May 2020, Klippel GmbH appointed Benjamin Barth as general manager, allowing its founder Wolfgang Klippel to focus more on research and education. Three years later, the company has transitioned successfully to a new management structure to ensure a seamless succession plan, now with Benjamin Barth fully at the helm. One of the global leading companies in the field of measurement technology for loudspeakers and audio systems, Klippel, in the past years, Klippel successfully expanded its portfolio of products and services.

Following the realignment of the company with a focus on the professional audio business, Sennheiser now appointed a new management team. The new Executive Management Board includes representatives from the three business units Pro Audio, Business Communication and Neumann, as well as Supply Chain, Corporate Functions and Development. Together with Co-CEOs Daniel and Andreas Sennheiser, the Board members will implement the strategic goals of the Sennheiser Group.

Now a company under the control of B&C Speakers, Eighteen Sound has confirmed first steps under the new ownership, with the appointment of a new management team. The new appointments confirm B&C determination to keep Eighteen Sound as a separate operation, with Francesco Spapperi as the newly appointed Eighteen Sound CEO, and Matteo Bianchini now in charge of OEM Sales.
