Wipro Acquires Harman's Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) Global Engineering Services

The whole of Harman's Digital Engineering Services division, with 5,600 employees, spread across 12 countries and 45 locations, will be sold to Wipro, a technology services and consulting company. The agreement for Wipro to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit of Harman, a Samsung company, will be subject to regulatory approvals but is expected to close by December 31, 2025.

Carrying IP67 ratings, these enclosed speakers feature sound pressure levels (SPLs) from 89 to 106 dB at 10 cm and resonance frequencies from 680 to 1700 Hz.
