Cambridge Audio Announces New Edge M Monoblock Power Amplifier

British audio specialists Cambridge Audio has added the Edge M monoblock power amplifier to its acclaimed high-end Edge series of hi-fi components. The new Edge M takes the principle designs of the existing Edge W power amplifier, which audioXpress already reviewed, and applies it to a monoblock design, delivering twice the power and a more faithful, dynamic sound with less distortion.

British manufacturer Cambridge Audio is celebrating 50 years of audio innovation with the introduction of its Edge series. A new range of high-end hi-fi components that the company says it represents the culmination of its audio engineering expertise. The Edge series includes an integrated amplifier, a preamplifier/network player, and a power amplifier, all setting a new standard for design and performance in the brand's tradition.
