Pascal Expands Management Structure with New Board of Directors Appointments

Pascal has appointed two new members to its board of directors, including audio industry veteran Lars Dige Knudsen as new chairman, which in turn also brought Villads Thomsen to the board. The appointments signal the start of a strengthening of the company’s management structure, as it positions itself to achieve continued high rates of growth, as an industry-leading OEM manufacturer of high-power amplifier modules for the professional audio industry.

Having recently turned 70 years old, Prof. Dr. Jörg Sennheiser is handing over the chair of the supervisory board of Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG to Dr. Frank Heinricht, as of January 1st, 2015. Frank Heinricht became a member of the supervisory board of Sennheiser five years ago. The company is now fully into the hands of Daniel and Andreas Sennheiser.
