CES Announces Best of Innovation Honorees for CES 2017

As it happens every year, the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and producer of CES, announced the Best of Innovation Honorees for CES 2017. The annual CES Innovation Awards honors outstanding product design and engineering across 28 product categories. The announcement came from the annual CES Unveiled New York industry event. Among the winners are audio products from ReSound, Crazybaby, OSSIC, SVS and Paradigm Electronics.

American audio company SVS announced the SVS Prime Elevation, a highly adaptable multi-purpose home theater speaker. This affordable speaker was designed to provide additional flexibility for different surround formats, as a center channel, height effect, side surround or front channel, with multiple mounting options, all while delivering the dynamics and subtle refinement of a much bigger speaker.

Focusing on immersive two-channel and action-packed home theater audio experiences, the SVS suites at CES highlighted demos of the new Tidal high fidelity music streaming service brought to life with SVS Prime and flagship Ultra Speakers, the “Pillar of Bass” PC-2000 Cylinder Subwoofer and the newly released Emotiva XMC-1 Preamp/Processor.

After extensive research of different subwoofer brands and models, Dutch company Essence Electrostatic chose SVS sealed subwoofers to pair with its new Model 1200 and 1600 Electrostatic Speakers. As a result, the SVS SB-1000, SB-2000 and SB13-Ultra subwoofers will now be available from the Essence website and its audio/video dealers worldwide.
