Earthworks Now Shipping 30-kHz Boundary Microphones

The new Earthworks IMB & IMBL Boundary Layer Microphones are now shipping. A microphone solution designed for permanent installations when a low profile is of the utmost importance, the new IMB and IMBL range feature a flat frequency response and patented True Semisphere polar pattern to ensure intelligibility throughout the room without a loss of high frequencies.

The original Earthworks FlexMic Series with slim profile gooseneck and tips, available in different lengths are versatile microphone for podium, conference and presentation spaces. Now Earthworks has expanded the range with new FlexMic 40kHz High Definition models, which feature an extended frequency response from 50Hz to 40kHz.
