New Audio Metering and Loudness Tools Updates from RTW at IBC 2016

RTW will be showcasing its full range of audio monitoring and metering software and hardware devices, as well as a few new product updates at IBC 2016 in Amsterdam (Stand 8.D89). Its new audio processor hardware, APRO-CLC01 for Continuous Loudness Control (CLC), will be shown for the first time in Amsterdam. The German company is also showing new upgrades for both its Loudness Tools and Mastering Tools PlugIns.

Audio Engineering Society Confirms David Scheirman as President-Elect

The AES has released the list of winning candidates from the balloting in the 2016 Audio Engineering Society international elections. The newly elected officers will assume their roles in October, shortly after the end of the 141st International AES Convention in Los Angeles. Entering the office of President-Elect is David Scheirman, who will serve first on the AES Board of Governors and Executive Committee as President-Elect, fully assuming the Presidency in October 2017 for a one-year term.
